Hair fix for well water users
Well water can be especially hard on the hair. Ask anyone with well water and they will tell you, especially if they do not have a water softener. What color should I get in my hair?
I have long natural black hair. And I have medium brown eyes. I want to get a highlight color in my hair that will bring out my eyes. Like I know turquoise reallly brings out crystal blue eyes. I want turquoise but it makes my eyes look darker. I want a color that will bring out my eyes. I don't care if it's a crazy color like pink, or something just I want it to bring out my eyes. Any ideas?
what about a dark blue or purple?
